At Warm Leadership, we believe leadership isn’t about tools — it’s about the human using them.
Our approach is rooted in psychology, neuroscience, and performance coaching, and built on the WARM philosophy: Wisdom, Alignment, Regulation, and Mastery. These pillars form the foundation of leadership that is both high-performing and deeply human.

Why We Exist

Too many leadership programs focus on quick fixes, generic frameworks, or surface-level skills. The result? Leaders who know the theory but struggle to embody it.
We created Warm Leadership to change that. Our work develops leaders from the inside out — equipping them to inspire trust, build resilience, and create results that last.

Our Story

Warm Leadership was founded by Viktoria Galitsi, a leadership development expert with over 15 years of international experience in HR, career strategy, executive coaching and organisational growth.

In her current role at SDA Bocconi School of Management - one of Europe’s leading business schools - Viktoria works with MBA and Executive leaders on career and leadership development, guiding them through critical transitions and preparing them for success at the highest levels.

Her background is uniquely multidisciplinary:

• A Law degree that brings clarity, structure, and rigor to her work.

• An MA in Psychology (in progress) and a Coaching Certification from Erickson, grounding her approach in applied psychology and behavioral science.

• Over a decade in London’s corporate and international markets, where she partnered with global firms on talent and leadership strategies.

Viktoria's mission is to redefine leadership for the modern era - where performance is not about pushing harder, but about leading with clarity, calm, and quiet confidence.

Her workshops bring together psychological depth, practical frameworks, and real-world application - helping organisations transform their best technical experts into confident, effective leaders.
